Zell has started cruising a little bit (walking while holding onto something), and is eager to do everything her big sister does. Today we went to a birthday party where they did an Easter egg hunt - both girls got eggs, and Annette had no fear of getting back on a swing even after her broken collarbone. The girls got a superhero costume as a party favor, so Zell now wants to be known as Super Baby :-)

Thank goodness we decided to plant babies in the garden this year :-)
Today we went bluebonnet hunting with one of my moms' groups, and found a great patch near Chappell Hill.
Annette loves wearing her new Easter dress :-)

It's been an eventful week! Annette fell off a swing while we were at the park on Monday morning and broke her collarbone and a bit of her shoulder bone. We're keeping her arm in a sling for a couple of weeks until it heals. Since these breaks don't usually happen to 2 year olds, it's hard to find a sling that fits her little arm. The orthopedic surgeon we saw this morning suggested making one out of her t-shirt, which seems to make her more comfortable. We'll go back in a few weeks to make sure everything has fused together properly :-)

Tomorrow is Zell's 10 month birthday! She is quite a little cutie and smiles at everyone. Daddy is enjoying a day at home with his girls today - they're curled up watching a movie and staying out of the rain :-)
Last weekend we enjoyed the beautiful weather - the girls like dining al fresco, and Annette has learned to swing all by herself at the park! The minute we got home Annette fell and got a big boo-boo on her forehead :-(

We're slowly getting used to having 2 dogs instead of 3. Zell is on a mission to cause as much destruction as a third dog would, and loves getting into the recycling box :-) It's rodeo time again, and Annette dressed up for a party at school last week where she got to ride on a saddle!
